How can I finance my certification?
You can finance your training by applying to your company and/or by self-financing.
FRANCE
You can also finance your training by applying for payment to the OPCO of your company. We will provide you with the programme and the agreement for the training course you want to apply for. This funding may be partial or total, depending on your entitlement. Each OPCO has its own operating procedures and its own funding rules, so contact your advisor to check the conditions and amounts allocated.
You can also combine the different solutions proposed above.

What is the training programme and how does it work in practice?
You will learn StepChange by working on your own professional situation, in order to discover the tool from a user's point of view and its real impact. After analysis with the trainer-coach and exchanges between peers, you will apply the method you have learned with a practical case study with one of your coachees/clients. A real-life situation for immediate analysis and optimum effectiveness!
You will practise steps 2, 3 and 4 in training, and learn the StepChange questioning and reflective analysis techniques.
Our approach includes integrating your support into your business and making it applicable to a variety of customer contexts and issues.
Your certification will be issued after validation of your prior learning.

Does the tool respect ethical aspects and data confidentiality (RGPD, customer confidentiality, etc.)?
Absolutely. Data security and confidentiality are guaranteed (RGPD-compliant servers, anonymisation of results, compliance with coaching codes of ethics).
What are the limitations of this tool (what it can't be used for, when it's not relevant)?
It does not replace the coaching relationship or the coach's professional judgement. It is less suitable for situations of deep personal crisis or purely therapeutic support.
